8:30-9:00am – Mandatory check-in at HK bath house

9:00am – Pre-race briefing

 

Long Course: Makai Pier to OCC (17 miles) – 8:00am Start

7:00-7:30am – Mandatory check-in at Makai Pier

7:30am – Pre-race briefing

Short Course – (stock only)

•          18 and under

•          19-29

•          30-49

•          50 and over

•          Female all ages

 

Long Course

•          39 and under

•          40 and over

•          Female all ages

 

Entry Fee: Adult $50, Junior $40
