9:00am Race Briefing and Halloween Costume contest.
9:30-10:00am Race starts
FRIDAY October 27 Race Entry, Waiver, and Fee Deadline
NO LATE OR DAY OF REGISTRATION!!!!!!!!
$40 adult and $30 junior
First time Junior paddlers $20 (If never competed in PA'A race)
First time female paddlers $20
Entry fee includes race insurance, safety boats, timing.
***ALL PADDLERS MUST CHECK IN AND PICK UP THEIR RACE NUMBERS FROM 7:30-9:00AM at Hawaii Kai Boat Ramp Canoe Halau
NO PARKING ON ANY GRASS, OUT OF MARKED STALLS, OR DOUBLE PARKING. You may park in the dirt area but not on the grass parallel to the highway.
Please use the 2023 KIRA or PA'A number if you have one already on your craft. If you did not receive a number in 2023 please make sure to remove any older number decals from your craft - you will be issued a new number.
VERY IMPORTANT!! Decal numbers are expensive, $10 per decal. You will be charged for additional decals after being issued one set for 2023 so please do not remove them.
COSTUMES and PRIZES
There will be a costume contest going on through the registration period in Hawaii Kai. Winners will be selected based on originality, creativity, craftsmanship, and presentation. Costumes should be worn during the race to be considered for the contest.
Be aware that you will be paddling about 9 miles so please do not wear garments that may cause yourself harm while paddling. This includes costumes that may cause heat stroke, suffocation, strangulation, or drowning. Please use your good judgement and "common sense" when choosing your costume and do not wear it while racing if it risks your safety.

#3 Toys For Tots Race - December 3
Overall Awards - Each race in the series will have awards for top three male and female finishers for each craft (No Age Divisions).
Division Awards - At the final race of the series (toys for Tots on December 3) awards will be given for the best cumulative results over all 3 races for each division:
